Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Orders are currently processed once per week. You will receive an email or text message with your shipping and tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped and your transit time will begin at that point.

International shipping is available to select locations. 

Troubadour Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for delays at customs or for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country. Customer is responsible for any international duties, customs fees and VAT.

We advise you to check your local customs office regarding import laws in advance if you suspect that your country may charge additional fees for the import of any products. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any International orders that are refused upon delivery.
